This Privacy Policy applies to River Crossing Puzzle Game, published by AkiliAtoms.
1. Introduction
AkiliAtoms (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes the mobile game River Crossing Puzzle Game (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
The App does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or precise location.
Information stored on your device. Your game progress, settings and scores are saved locally on your device. We do not receive this data.
Information collected automatically by third-party services. The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and Google Play services may automatically collect:
- Advertising ID (such as the Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device information (model, operating system version, language, screen size)
- App usage and ad interaction data (ads viewed, clicked, and related diagnostics)

3. How we use information
Information collected through advertising services is used to:
- Show ads in the App, including personalized or non-personalized ads
- Measure ad performance and prevent fraud
- Keep the App stable and fix errors
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising choices
You can limit ad personalization at any time:
- On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads and opt out of ads personalization, or reset your advertising ID.
- Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the UK), the App may show a consent form so you can accept or refuse personalized ads.
5. Sharing of information
We do not share your information with anyone except the service providers named above (Google AdMob and Google Play services), and when required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Data retention and deletion
We do not keep personal data on our own servers. Locally stored progress is deleted when you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. For data held by Google, use Google’s account and privacy controls. 7. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us at p8sted@gmail.com and we will take steps to address it.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the App and its limited data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under data protection laws in Kenya, Tanzania and the European Economic Area), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Since we hold very little data about you, most requests can be handled through your device settings or Google’s privacy controls. For anything else, contact us.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
