Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of River Crossing Puzzle Game, published by AkiliAtoms.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using River Crossing Puzzle Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your devices for your own non-commercial entertainment.
3. What you may not do
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from the App, except where the law allows it
- Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the App
- Use cheats, hacks, bots or tools that interfere with the App or its ads
- Click ads artificially or encourage others to do so
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
4. Ownership
The App, including its code, puzzles, artwork, sounds, name and logo, belongs to AkiliAtoms or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms give you no ownership of any of it.
5. Ads and in-app purchases
The App is free and supported by advertising. If we add optional in-app purchases or a subscription, they are handled by Google Play and subject to Google Play’s payment and refund policies.
6. Entertainment only; no IQ claims
The puzzles in the App are for entertainment and brain training. They are not a scientific, clinical or professional intelligence test, and results should not be treated as a measure of your actual IQ.
7. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AkiliAtoms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
11. Termination
We may end your license if you break these Terms. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the App.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Kenya, unless your local consumer laws require otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
14. Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
